the kid just wouldn’t sleep last night. He took two naps again. The first one was so short that I worry that his schedule is all out of wack. He might not want to sleep today because we cooped up him in a car all day yesterday.

I don’t know what to write next on the time for money story so I am going to work on another story. I think as long as I am writing I will have something for world con writing workshop.

I can’t believe it has been five wonderful year with my honey! The trifecta of events have come to ahead today we needed to pick up a gas cap for the lotus, the pediatrician called and said that the little one need his booster shot for his flu shot and we want to go to dinner to celebrate our anniversary. My thoughts are if James wakes up before 3 we take him to get a flu shot and cancel our reservation at Ruth Criss Steak House. If he doesn’t wake up we go to Ruth Criss and I call on monday to see if I can reschedule the flu shot.

The writing has been slow. I guess I better get started.

The discipline of writing something down is the first step toward making it happen.

Well I gave Renee the script. She was really impressed. She thought that she would do the art for the story. I told her I was confused I thought that see had this cool artist that she was working with. She hemmed and hayed and said that she guessed that I was right. I said that if we wanted to pitch a comic at comic-con then she better use the better artist. I did say she could design what the main characters looked like.

The snuggly I bought showed up today. I put it in the jogging stroller maybe tomorrow we can try it out. I also got my hair cut. It looks okay.

I am now trying to find my thief story, and after 5 minute of searching content for words like mage, paladin and thief I must conclude it is gone. So now instead of working on the story that I had a few pages on I am back to ground zero if you will. Well I will have to pick one to start. I think the lawyer bot story is good but so is the time for cash story. I dreamt about the time for cash so I am going to start with that one. So off to write

Well the kid has his hair cut appointment at 4:00 today. I have to remember to bring a envelope to get a curl for grandma and me. But to be honest I have not idea what I will do with it. I am not really a saver kind of person.

I completed the script for renee today and sent it to her. Will see if she does anything with it. I saw that the film festival is this week. Renee not in it. It like the girl has no ambition.

Well now that the script is done I can move on to my own writing goal of getting something done for world con writing workshop.

A house is a machine for living in.

Well Today I accepted defeat and bought a book on HAM radio. It is a topic so foreign to me that is going to take a some book learning. I also purchased a snugly. What is a snugly you ask it is a insert in to a jogging stroller so the baby head is cushioned. Kid Walsh head keeps getting knocked around and this will, well cushion the blow.

I decided to walk another way today I walked walnut toward the mountains. I got to walk around my old stomping ground. The house where I grew up really changed. They took out the rock and junipers. I loved to slide down those rocks instead of taking the stairs down to the street. Ah a moment of my childhood gone.

Well I have good news and bad news I lost all my changes to the script I did yesterday. The good news is that I added the “where are your parents” part to the beginning and I created a riddle for the end of the training scene.

It is odd but agitation or contest of any kind gives a rebound to my spirits and sets me up for a time.

Well this morning was run run run. I went to OSH and got lights for the living room, some resolve for the carpet and some cool tie things for the living room cabinets. Also I went next door to vons and darn that is a nice vons. We I got a butter cake mix for a coffee cake recipe.

On the way home I saw a man in his twenties on a skateboard in the middle of the street. It like the guy thought he was on a motorcycle or something. And to top it off the guy was on a cell phone. It was so californian.

Well I finished the script I was working on. When I say finish I mean that I got the character from point A to B but. It needs a lot of work. My honey reviewed the script (your wonderful). I need to get his rewrite but I am stuck with the sleeping baby so I will have to do it later.

I also need to decide what to write for the writers workshop. I have a lot of half started stuff that I need to review. I also have to pick the best story.

I also read a few manga script all of them are broken up by pages but I think that would be better done by the artist.

I finished my HAM questions and now I have to start learning the stuff. I am on page 4 of the Atlantis Apocalypse scripts. I always forget how hard it is to write a script because if you don’t write it down it doesn’t happen on the screen.

there is no place like home

My honey came home! He came out of the plane in to gate 6 which is the main gate. I remember waiting at that gate as a kid for my dad to come off the plane. It is fun when things come full circle. The woman calling out the arrivals and departures had a thick accent it was so hard to understand her I wasn’t really sure where to pick up Peter.

On my walk this morining there was a hawk just sitting on a telephone wire. I got some pictures but I am not sure how they will turn out.

I went by the post office when everybody leaves for there shift of delivering the mail. There faces were so sad.
